SVL Stanby switch reloads due to cts-core-bulk-sync failure when scale env data is downloaded from ISE and following messages can be seen: *Sep 9 13:39:02.535: %CTS-3-AUTHZ_SYNC_FAILED: Failed to send bulk sync msg(CTS_CORE_SYNC_TAG_SGT_TO_SGNAME_ENTRY) to Standby *Sep 9 13:39:02.535: %CTS-3-GENERIC_FAILURE: cts-core-bulk-sync Failed environment-data bulk sync *Sep 9 13:39:02.535: %CTS-3-IFC_SYNC_FAILED_2: Twe2/0/3, Failed to send bulk sync msg(CTS_CORE_SYNC_TAG_IFC_STATE) to Standby *Sep 9 13:39:02.195: %CMRP-6-RP_SB_RELOAD_REQ: R1/0: cmand: Reloading Standby RP: initiated by RF reload message
1. Switches is stackwise-virtual 2. Running 16.10.1 or earlier, 16.9.3 or earlier. 3. ISE in use.
Problem is fixed in 16.9.4, 16.11.1, 16.12.1 and newer.
