Symptom

Rarely, Cat9300 will fail to boot up with the below bootup logs: Initializing Hardware... BOOT FAIL W BOOT FAIL W (Or) Initializing Hardware... BOOT FAIL ! BOOT FAIL !

Conditions

Can be seen on initial installation of the switch or sometimes on reload / power cycle.

Workaround

First rule out any PC/Labtop-console converter triggering this failure. If ruled out RMA the faulty switch
