Symptom

When the device has VRRP V3 enabled(with vrrpv2 compatibility mode enabled) and when it sends the VRRPV2 advertisement packet, the receiver device with VRRP V2 gets the bad checksum error.

Conditions

VRRPv2 compatibility mode should be enabled in VRRP V3 router. The checksum for VRRPv3 VRRPv2-Compatibility packets will be wrong on the VRRP V2 receiver end.
