CUBE duplicates Diversion header on outbound invite.
Dial-peer uses session target dns: Dial-peer has a voice-class sip binding OR inherits sip binding from global voice service voip configuration.
Remove SIP binding statements from the dial-peer and globally under voice service voip.
If CUBE receives an INVITE with a Diversion header. The outbound dial-peer is configured as session target dns: and has either local voice-class sip bind statements or inherits from global voice service voip configuration. CUBE will duplicate the first diversion header and place it last on the outbound INVITE.
