After some period of uptime, APs are no longer able to join the WLC. The msglog may show messges similar to the following: *spamApTask5: Nov 07 11:49:52.197: %CAPWAP-3-DTLS_DB_ERR: [PA]capwap_ac_sm.c:9606 00:de:fb:36:fb:c1: Failed to create DTLS connection for AP 10.11.12.13 (55119).
WLC and APs have undergone a very large number of AP join/disconnect events, due to unstable WAN links, etc.
Reload the WLC, and the problem will go away for a while.
Only the following CCO releases of AireOS are affected: 8.3.130.0, 8.3.132.0, and 8.3.133.0.
