Symptom

FTD device in HA may get stuck at "HA state progression failed" due to "App sync" issue on FPR4100 platforms after chassis reboot

Conditions

This was first seen on following conditions: > 2 x FTD units running in HA pair on FPR4100 platform > FTD andl FMC running release 6.2.3 > State of HA units before entering into error state: Primary was Active Secondary was Standby-Ready > Started config deployment from FMC. > After a minute, forced a FPR4100 chassis reboot of Active device. Standby device became Active. > After coming back online, former Active unit entered into "App Sync Disabled HA state progression failed" state
