Symptom

issue when 100 clients re-anchor on wlc2 if crtical data is not present. Not all clients are bale to re-anchor. capwap retransmission queue full error observed on trap logs

Conditions

100 clients roam from wlc 1 to wlc 2. AVC based reanchor enbaled on both wlc Roaming is successfull, when re-anchoring to wlc2, not all clients come up

Workaround

wlan shut/ no shut on wlc2 after re-anchring
