ASR1000 series routers from polaris software - Kernel core is not generated in case of punt keepalive timeouts

Conditions

This is for ASR1000 routers running polaris software images running 16.4 and 16.5 software...Punt-keepalive timeout crash with "no platform punt-keepalive disable-kernel-core" CLI configured This may be applicable to ISR4xxx too running from polaris software
