Symptom

There is a currently a hardcoded limit on IOS DSP routers (29xx/39xx/44xx) which prevents the creation of more than 10 conference profiles, even when there is sufficient DSP resource available (example below): hcsdsp-cis1-mn-dh.vm(config-dspfarm-profile)# codec g711ulaw hcsdsp-cis1-mn-dh.vm(config-dspfarm-profile)#maximum sessions ? Number of sessions assigned to this profile hcsdsp-cis1-mn-dh.vm(config-dspfarm-profile)#maximum sessions 15 hcsdsp-cis1-mn-dh.vm(config-dspfarm-profile)#associate application SCCP hcsdsp-cis1-mn-dh.vm(config-dspfarm-profile)#no shut Exceeds the maximum number of DSP conference profiles. The profile state is down.
