PI team implemented a feature where a router can be configured both as a CE and PE. But the actual capability has to be supported by the PD team. I am not sure which platforms support this feature and which ones do not. But if the platform does support then the function platform_dual_support will return TRUE and this CLI will be seen. If the platform does not support then the CLI should not be seen. In CSCvb35836 we make sure that this behavior is seen. Before CSCvb35836 there was a packaging error because of which this CLI could be seen even if the Platform was not supporting this feature. .
