Symptom

When installing PoE daughter card 800-IL-PM-4 on Cisco 891F and then having a Cisco routers 1941/3925/4331.connected on any of the router ports , and then hard code speed and duplex on both sides of the link to 10 or 100 and then flap any side of the link, the link will remain down/down.

Conditions

Installing PoE daughter card 800-IL-PM-4

Workaround

1- reload the Cisco 891F 2- unplug/replug the cable 3- initiating the command "clear interface "
