Symptom

Users don't have access to all the timezone files that are necessary for the all of the CME supported IP Phone on CCO. As of CME 11, the files are TzDataCSV.csv tzupdater.jar j9-tzdata.jar Without these files, IP phones registered to CME will not be able to display the correct timezone.

Conditions

Any IP phone registered to CME which require the olsontimezone files to calculate timezone information for the phone.

Workaround

If a partner or customer has a CUCM, the files may be downloaded from the CUCM TFTP server.
