Description

Symptom

When PIM tunnels are down and then they are up within 1 minute, PIM tunnels sometimes cannot reuse inactive IDBs.

Conditions

-The issue is found in BSR environment. -The issue start happening from 15.2(4)M or later.

Workaround

Reloading a router.
