Symptom

SIP calls made to a shared line that are put on hold, cannot be retrieved by any other phone sharing the line if caller ID is blocked or unavailable. Phone will blink and then go back to its previous state without retrieving a call. Only the original phone that answer the call can retrieve the call.

Conditions

SIP CME configured Shared line configured on the phones. SIP Trunk in use to receive calls. Two or more SIP Phones Sharing the lines.
