NOTE : If the printer is using a third-party toner cartridge, contact the supplier of the toner cartridge. Using The Control Panel Procedure to Change the Supplies Plan via Machine UI Using The Embedded Web Server Check if the printer is using a genuine and supported Xerox Toner Cartridge for this model. Clean the toner cartridge contacts with a dry, lint-free cloth. Make sure that the toner cartridge is not damaged or leaking. Replace the toner cartridge For details, refer to Replace a Toner Cartridge . If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance. NOTE : If you have a toner conversion PIN code, use one of the following procedures to enter it in the device. NOTE : Ensure the device job queue is clear before attempting to input the PIN code. Log in to Admin mode. Select Device > Tools > Device Settings > Supplies . Select Enter Plan Conversion . Select + Convert Supplies Plan . Enter the 6-digit Convert Supplies Plan PIN provided. Select OK . Open a web browser then enter the machine IP in the address bar. Log in to Admin mode. At the EWS Home screen, click on Properties > General Setup > Supplies Plan> Add Plan/Install Feature > Using a Supply Plan Key . Enter the 6-digit Convert Supplies Plan PIN provided. Select Apply .
