Identify if the issue occurs when printing or making a copy. When making copies and printing: Run 10, 2-Sided Blank Copies through the printer to clean any Contamination. Open and close the paper tray and make sure the tray’s settings match what is loaded. Try a new ream of paper For details, refer to General Paper Loading Guidelines. Make sure that supported paper is being used For details, refer to Paper and Paper Tray Specifications.
