Run 10, 2-Sided Blank Copies through the printer to clean any Contamination. Open and close the Paper Tray and make sure that the tray’s paper settings match what is loaded. Try a new ream of paper and make sure that the paper is loaded properly For details, refer to General Paper Loading Guidelines. Make sure that Supported Paper is being used For details, refer to Paper and Paper Tray Specifications. Gently remove the Transfer Belt Cleaner and check for damage or debris For details, refer to Replace the Transfer Belt Cleaner. CAUTION: The Transfer Belt Cleaner has waste toner in it, keep it level when removing or re-installing to avoid spilling it. Re-seat the Fuser For details, refer to Replace or Reseat the Fuser Assembly. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
