Issue
Device is not offsetting print jobs may be constant or intermittent.
Resolution
To Disable Conditional Finisher Offsetting
If the problem persists, contact support.
Login as administrator at the Device UI.
Select
Device>Tools.
Select
Device Settings>Output>Offset.
Move the Slider for
Conditional Finisher Offset
to the Left to disable.
Select
Ok.
