Issue
One or Multiple Colors are missing from printed Images.
Resolution

Print the Image Quality Test Pages and see if the missing color prints there, If so there device is printing properly check the settings for the submitted Print Job
Note
: To print the Image Quality Test Pages, at the control panel, press the Home button, then touch Device > Information Pages > Troubleshooting Print Quality Page > Print.

Remove the Imaging Kit
and check for packing material left in the imaging kit.

Remove the Developer unit for the Missing Color from the Imaging kit and reinstall.

Check the imaging kit for Obvious Damage, Contamination, and Improper Installation
