Run a print job consisting of several blank pages through the printer to remove toner accumulated on the fuser. Make sure that supported paper is being used For details refer to Paper Specifications. Clean the tray feed rolls. Make sure that the paper size, type and color is set to the paper tray so that it matches what is loaded For details refer to Set the Paper Size and Type. Load a new ream of paper. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
