Resolution
Check if the printer is using a genuine and supported Xerox Imaging Unit or Imaging Kit.
Inspect the Imaging Unit for damage or toner buildup, if found replace the Imaging Unit

Clean the toner cartridge contacts with a
dry lint-free cloth.
Check the toner cartridge contacts for damage.
