Resolution
Check if the printer is using a genuine and supported Xerox Toner Cartridge.
Clean the toner cartridge contacts with a dry lint-free cloth.
Check the toner cartridge contacts for damage.
Make sure that the toner cartridge is not damaged or leaking.
