occur when the Printer has experienced an error when communicating with the Digital Front End (DFE), such as an EFI Fiery or Xerox FreeFlow Print Server.
Check for Additional Fault Codes
Delete Active Jobs and Power Printer Off then On
Device IP Address Must be Configured Correctly for the EFI Fiery in Single IP Configuration
Bustled Fiery: Fiery Controller Must be Powered On
Make Sure the Printer and EFI Fiery Server Have the Same Date and Time
Power Off the Printer and Attached External or Integrated Print Server
Bustled Fiery: Fiery Must Power Down With Machine During Power Off
Power Off the Press and Print Server and Check SCSI Data and Scan Cables
