Enter your device's IP Address in a browser and log in to the Embedded Web Server as the administrator. On the Home screen, select Details Note and record the serial number of your device. Select Permissions from the menu. Select Accounting Method . Choose the Select button next to the Network option. In the Limits section, select Setup . Type in the following URL in the Server URL field : https://server-workplacekiosk.services.xerox.com/JobLimitsAppServer.asmx In the What to Limit section, enable all of the services: Copies, Prints, Scans and Emails. Select OK . In the Tracking Information section, select Edit . In the User ID section: Enter UserID in the Default Label field. Enter your device’s Serial Number in the Default Value field. Disable the Ask Users setting. Enter UserID in the Default Label field. Enter your device’s Serial Number in the Default Value field. Disable the Ask Users setting. In the Account ID section: Enter AccountID in the Default Label field. Enter your device’s Serial Number in the Default Value field. Disable the Ask Users setting. Enter AccountID in the Default Label field. Enter your device’s Serial Number in the Default Value field. Disable the Ask Users setting. In the When to Prompt section, choose Always Prompt for all the services. Select OK . Restart Later. In the Information Verification section, set it to Disabled . Select OK . Select Restart Now .
