Make sure the USB cable between the User Interface and the machine is properly connected. Unlock and open the Security Door It is located on the back right side of the device. Locate the USB cable behind the Security Door Remove and re-connect the USB cable to one of the two USB B ports to ensure its securely connected. Close and lock the Security Door. Unlock and open the Security Door It is located on the back right side of the device. Locate the USB cable behind the Security Door Remove and re-connect the USB cable to one of the two USB B ports to ensure its securely connected. Close and lock the Security Door. Make sure both the main power switch and the secondary power switches are in the ON position. If either power switch is in the OFF position, properly power OFF then power ON the kiosk. For additional information, refer to Power the Kiosk On or Off . Restart / Reboot the User Interface ( UI ) (Touch Screen) (Tablet). If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
