Make sure the printer is on a flat level surface and then try to make 10 copies, prints or scans to determine if the problem is resolved. The developer in the drum cartridge may not be circulating properly Remove the cartridge and gently shake it back and forth 2 or 3 times, and then reinstall the cartridge. For details, refer to How To Replace or Remove and Reinstall the Drum Cartridge. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
