Make sure you are using the correct paper type for the printer. For details, refer to Paper and Paper Tray Specifications Copy or print 10-20 blank copies to help clean the paper path and feed rollers There may be some toner built up in this area. Remove and reinstall the drum cartridge, and then try to copy and print again For details, refer to How To Replace or Remove and Reinstall the Drum Cartridge. The drum cartridge may be defective If you have a spare cartridge, replace and try to copy and print again If the problem persists, contact Support. For details, refer to How To Replace the Drum Cartridge , or follow the installation instructions that are included with the new cartridge.
