Clear the Jam in Tray 3 For details, refer to Clear a Paper Jam in Tray 1, 2, 3, or 4. Make sure paper is within specifications For details, refer to Paper Tips to Minimize Jams Paper and Paper Tray Specifications. Power the printer Off, wait 30 seconds, then power the printer back on For details, refer to Power Off / On Sequence With Print Server When Troubleshooting General Information to Power Off / On the Printer. Open tray 3 and make sure you have paper in the tray. Close the tray and listen for the lift motor to start. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
