Overview
This fault is a failure of Tray 1 to lift up.
Open Tray 2 and make sure the tray is not overloaded or past the fill line with paper.
Check for any paper not loaded correctly in the tray.
Power the printer off, wait 30 seconds, then power the printer back on.
If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
