NOTE : The images in this procedure are for demonstration purposes only and may not match your printer model, specifically; colors, icons, and other minor differences may exist.   NOTE: Always make sure that all paper jams, including any small ripped pieces of paper, are cleared before proceeding with print jobs. To help avoid paper jams, make sure to follow the Media Specifications for All Trays . If necessary, contact Support for additional assistance. Open the Front Doors on the left side of the Print Engine. Lift lever 2e and remove any jammed paper. If the optional Oversized High Capacity Feeder (OHCF) is installed, rotate knob 2g to the right, and remove any jammed paper. Lower lever 2e into normal operating position. Push down on lever 2d and rotate knob 2c to the left. Remove any jammed paper from area 2d. Lift lever 2d into normal operating position. Grasp lever 2b and move the lever to the right. Rotate knob 2c to the left, and remove any jammed paper. Grasp lever 2b and move the lever to the left; into normal operating position. Push down on lever 2a, and remove any jammed paper. Lift lever 2a into normal operating position. Close the Front Doors. Follow the instructions on the Control Center to clear other areas or to resume the print job.
