Fault Code 012-230 occurs when the Booklet Tamper Home Sensor does not turn Off within a specified time. Clear the Paper Jam in the Booklet Output Tray (Area 4) in the Finisher Make Sure There is no Paper Behind the Booklet Maker Area 4 and 4a Power Off the Printer and Disconnect the Finisher Power Cable
