Fault Code 027-778 occurs when there is no mode specified by SMTP Authentication on the SMTP Server. NOTE : The Scan to Email Feature is only available on the Copier/Printer model. Make Sure the SMTP Server Settings are Configured Correctly Configure the SMTP Port and Encryption Settings Using CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS) Disable SMTP Authentication for Scan to Email via CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS) Power Off / Power On the Machine (Partial Reset or Full Reset)
