As of September 16th 2024, personal (Free) accounts for the following Microsoft Based Email Services have moved from App passwords to "Modern Authentication / OAuth", and are not currently supported on Xerox Devices.  Note : Outlook Enterprise clients are not currently affected by this change. Unsupported Personal Email Services: Outlook.com Hotmail.com Live.com    Microsoft has set up so you can scan to Outlook 365 through a relay, however, you must put the domain in front and a replace the dot with a dash before the org or com. SMTP server: [domain].mail.eo.outlook.com Outgoing port: 25 No encryption, No authentication. Example : If Xerox.com was your domain, xerox-com.mail.eo.outlook.com would be the SMTP server The hyphen in xerox-com is not a misprint; you replace the period with a dash.
