Overview

When printing a document in a humid environment for long periods of time, condensation occurs around the rear door paper path surfaces and may result in a print quality defect, such as wrinkle, crease or image distortion on the printed media. Open the rear door and gently wipe off any condensation with a dry, lint-free cloth and try the print job again. Place a fresh ream of paper in the tray.
