Ensure that the paper tray has paper loaded. Make sure the paper stack is properly loaded and the tray is not overfilled. Fan and flip the paper. Load a fresh ream of paper. Remove the whole tray out and inspect the bottom of the tray for any paper debris or obstructions. Open the printer rear door to see if there is any paper stuck at the back, then remove it. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
