The error may be due to a poor voltage line (power strip or overloaded circuit). Make sure the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet. Power off the printer, wait for a few seconds and power it back on For more information, refer to Power the Printer Off and On. Note: The above steps must be performed even if the printer has worked on the same power outlet in the past Power strips and uninterrupted power supplies can cause a low amperage condition to occur within in the printer, which in turn may trigger a false fuser error. If the Service Fuser Error remains (continues to display immediately after powering the printer off and on), and the printer is confirmed to be plugged directly into a wall outlet, then contact support. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
