To specify Default Printing Options on Windows: To specify Default Printing Options on Macintosh: Note : The ability to set printing options is based on Presets A Preset can be created to quickly switch between different pre-set printing options. At your computer, click  Start , then select  Settings . Select  Devices  then select  Printers & scanners Click on your printer from the list and then click  Manage Select  Printing preferences . Select the Printing Options you wish to change. Press  OK  to save changes. In your software application, access the print settings For most software applications, press  CMD+P . Select your printer In the Print window, click  Copies & Pages , then select  Xerox Features  or  Printer Features . Select the Printing Options you wish to change. Click  Presets  and select  Save Current Settings as Presets . Set the Preset Name and Press  OK .
