Note : Before performing this print quality check, print the Print Quality Test Pages From the control panel navigate to Settings > Troubleshooting > Print Quality Test Pages , and then perform the initial print quality check. Make sure the correct print driver is being used. Make sure that the paper is properly loaded in the tray and manual feeder Ensure the tray is correctly installed. From the control panel, navigate to: Settings > Paper > Tray Configuration > Paper Size/Type and ensure the setting matches the paper loaded. From the control panel, navigate to: Settings > Paper > Media Configuration > Media Types and ensure that the Texture and Weight settings match the paper loaded. Make sure that the paper loaded is supported and free of damage and defects Check for paper curl by printing on both sides of the paper and adjust the Texture and Weight to correct for media handling issues. Load paper from a fresh ream Paper absorbs moisture due to high humidity Store paper in its original wrapper until you are ready to use it. Make sure that the tray guides are free of obstructions Check the paper guides for improper size settings or damage Verify if the tray insert is free of damage Replace if necessary. Clear any obstructions from the rollers along the paper path Check rollers for contamination and clean if necessary. If the issue persists, contact Support for assistance.
