The host name is used to specify a name for your printer that is recognized by devices on your network The Domain Name System (DNS) is a system that maps host names to IP addresses. Configuring the Network Settings via the Embedded Web Server: Access the Embedded Web Server by entering the IP address into the address bar of a web browser. Click  Settings . Click  Network/Ports . Click  TCP/IP . Click the  Save  button to save changes A device restart may be required for settings to take effect.
