When using Microsoft Excel a change to print settings apply only to the selected tab, all other tabs will use the default print settings when Print Entire Workbook is selected. Note: This is a Microsoft Excel behavior This is not a print driver problem Refer to the Microsoft Website for additional information Click on Related Content to access Microsoft.com. There are four suggested workarounds: Print Each Tab Separately Note: This is the easiest workaround however it has to be done one tab at a time. Change the Default Print Settings in the Xerox Print Driver Note: This will be the change the default settings for all tabs and also for all applications/programs. Save the Tabs You Want as a PDF, Then Print the PDF File Note: This allows to print a pdf document with your preferred settings If there are changes to the original file, create a new pdf with the changes and print. Save Your Printing Settings as Excel Application Defaults In Excel, select the Tab you want to print. Press Ctrl+P to open the print dialog. Select the Printer . Configure your Printing Settings. Select your preferences such as 1-Sided Print and No Finishing, etc. Select the Print button. On Windows, Select Start → Settings → Devices → Printers & Scanners . Select the Printer , then select Manage. Select Printing Preferences . Select your preferred settings, such as 1-Sided Print and No Finishing, etc. Select OK . Restart Excel and open the document. Select the Tabs you want to print. Press Ctrl+P to open the print dialog. Print the Tabs with default settings. Open the Excel document. Select the Tabs you want to print. Select File → Save As . Select PDF in the file type drop down menu. Open the PDF in Adobe Reader . Press Ctrl+P to open the print dialog. Select the Printer from the drop down menu. Check “ Choose paper source by PDF page size ” Select the Properties button. Select your preferences such as 1-Sided Print and No Finishing, etc. Select OK to close the driver. Print the PDF document. Open the Excel document. Press Ctrl+P to open the print dialog. Select the printer . Select Printer Properties . : select your preferences such as 1-Sided Print and No Finishing, etc. Open the drop down menu under Saved Settings. Select Save as Microsoft Excel Defaults . Select OK . Restart Microsoft Excel to enable the new Microsoft Excel Default settings. Microsoft Website
