Netware Service needs to be disabled. NOTE: Make sure the customer is not using Novell or Netware Services before performing this procedure. Log into CWIS. Log in with admin username and password. Choose Connectivity. C hoose Protocols. Choose Netware. Disable the protocol by unchecking the enabled box. Click Save or Apply .
