Reset Usage Limits under Accounting Method Using CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS). Select the Properties tab. Select Login/Permissions/Accounting on the left side of the screen. Select  Accounting Methods . Select the Users & Limits Edit button. Select Access, Limits & Accounts next to the user name. NOTE : Check the User Limits for the selected job type (i.e Color Print Impressions).  If the  Remaining  credit is at 0, that job type will be prevented. Select the Reset button for the depleted job type under Usage. Select Apply when done. Select admin- Logout . Select Logout . The web browser may now be closed.
