Access Centreware Internet Services and Log in as the Administrator. Select the Scan tab. Select the Mailboxes radio button under Display . Select the required Mailbox from the Scan to Mailbox section. NOTE : Enter the Password for the required mailbox if prompted. Select Personalize Settings . NOTE : Select Modify Settings if Modifying defaults for the Default Public Folder . Select Edit next to the Required Section to make changes: Workflow Scanning - Output Color, Document Type and Name, etc. Advanced Settings - Image Options such as contrast, brightness, resolution, etc. Layout Adjustment - Default Orientation, Size, etc. Filing Options - Output File Format and Output types, etc. Job Assembly - Enable or Disable Build Jobs. Filename Extension - Lowercase (.pdf) or Uppercase (.PDF) extensions. Report Options - Enable or Disable Confirmation Sheets or Job Logs (.XST Files). Scan to Image Settings - Fast Web Viewing, Searchable PDFs, etc. Compression Capability - Compression Options for TIFF and PDF scanning. Workflow Scanning - Output Color, Document Type and Name, etc. Advanced Settings - Image Options such as contrast, brightness, resolution, etc. Layout Adjustment - Default Orientation, Size, etc. Filing Options - Output File Format and Output types, etc. Job Assembly - Enable or Disable Build Jobs.
