Perform a Software Reset at the Printer Modify the Date and Time Using Centreware Internet Services (CWIS) Modify DNS Server Settings Disable "Prefer IPv6 Address over IPv4" using CentreWare Internet Services(CWIS) Have the Network Administrator Confirm that AMR Communication Ports are Open on the Server Have the Network Administrator Confirm that AMR URL Communication is Open / Not restricted Upgrade or Reload System Software Using the Manual Upgrade Method Install XDA or XDA Lite Configure Xerox Device Agent (XDA) After Installing the Software Updated Encryption Protocols for Secure Automated Meter Reads / Toner Replenishment
