Paper naturally curls when heated up by the fuser and this is generally why it jams going into the finisher What needs to be done to remove the curl is to tighten the decurler. Open Front Door of machine. Locate 3c knob. Beside 3c knob, to the right, is the Decurler Adjuster Note: It is grey with a slot in the middle. WARNING:  To avoid possible injury, do not touch any sharp edges inside the device.     Turn Decurler Adjuster clockwise to tighten the decurler Note: A coin makes it much easier to turn. Close Front door of machine.
