The black line on the back side of the copies is due to the CVT glass of the second scanner being dirty. Lift Document Handler . Open Green Clip on Underside of Document Handler . Locate CVT Glass of Second Scanner . Clean CVT Glass of Second Scanner with a lint free cloth and an alcohol based cleaner. Allow to dry. Close Clip on Underside of Document Handler. Lower Document Handler.
