There is mutiple faults for this error : 311-473: The High Volume Finisher paper support fingers has failed to return to the initial position. 311-474: The High Volume Finisher paper support fingers has failed to move from the initial position. 311-475 : The High Volume Finisher paper support fingers has failed to return to the home position. 311-476 : The High Volume Finisher paper support fingers has failed to move from the home position. 311-477 : The High Volume Finisher paper support fingers has failed to return to the out position. 311-478 : The High Volume Finisher paper support fingers has failed to move from the out position. 1. Perform a Software Reset from the Control Panel or Remote Control Panel in CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS). 2. Perform the Power Off Procedure, Wait Two Minutes, Then Power On the Device. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
