NOTE : This solution is only applicable to devices with software version 073.xxx.xxx.xxxxx. Login to the Xerox Printer Console as the System Administrator. Note: The default user is admin (case sensitive) Depending on when the device was manufactured, the default administrator password may be the device serial number or 1111. Press the Machine Status button on the Control Panel. Select the Tools tab on the Touch Screen. Select the Device Settings . Select Supplies . Select Enter Plan Activation Code. Select OK. Select Login / Out Button and Confirm logout. Contact the person(s) you received the original supplies activation PIN from to obtain a new supplies activation PIN. Power off the device, and then power on the device. Close, skip or cancel any pop up boxes messages on the printer control panelch screen. Open a web browser and enter the IP address of the printer in the Address bar, and then press Enter The CentreWare Internet Services page displays. Click on the Properties tab. If prompted, log in as the system administrator Note: The default user is admin (case sensitive) Depending on when the device was manufactured, the default administrator password may be the device serial number or 1111. Click on General Setup > Supplies Plan Activation Code . Enter the supplies plan activation code. Click Apply A “Properties have been successfully modified” message will be displayed. Click OK . Click on Logout to logout of CWIS. Close the browser window. Reboot the printer NOTE : If the pop up reappears after a reboot, contact support for additional assistance.
