Replace the Fuser Maintenance Kit Video Replace the Imaging Unit Video Make sure the machine is on a solid level surface that supports the weight of the printer. One of the trays may not be installed correctly. Open and close the tray from which you are printing. Check for any power strips, extension cords, or uninterruptable power supplies (UPS), if so check to see if these are making the noise (These devices are not suggested for use with Xerox Printers). Reseat Consumables in the device. Make sure the Fuser is properly seated For details, refer to Replace the Fuser Maintenance Kit article or refer to the video below. Make sure the Imaging Unit is properly seated For details, refer to Replace the Imaging Unit article or refer to the video below. There may be an obstruction or debris inside the printer. If you cannot remove the obstruction or if the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
