Overview

The Xerox Standard Accounting report lists the number of impressions recorded for each user and each account You can download the report as a .csv file. Access the Embedded Web Server and login as System Administrator. Refer to the instructions for  How To Access the Printer as the System Administrator . Click  Permissions >  Accounting >  Accounting Methods. Click  Report. On the Download Report window, to Include User Names select the checkbox. Click  Download The document is saved automatically as a .csv file in the default download location on your computer’s hard drive. Click  Cancel  to close the Download Report window. Click  Admin  in upper right corner and click  Log Out .
